    Great equipment, Good people, very little JUST IN TIME loads.
    Lower pay, VERY poor hometime, some crabby fellow drivers, Ashleys attendence policy is harsh but fair... somewhat.

    Ashley has VERY good equipment, the pay is avrage to low, 90% of the people are nice, and good at their job. Home time is AWFUL you ARE home every weekend… for ONE day, so you get home but its not really quality time off. I can NOT say enough good things about the equipment! you are givin delivery WINDOWS not an exact time for most loads. Benifits are CHEAP and you get FAIR coverage.
