K&B Transportation is committed to top pay! We review wages quarterly to make sure we are always at the top pay wise. We are fresh of a recent 5 CPM and start our drivers at 50 CPM and include raises capping off at 54 CPM for senior drivers! We also guarantee our drivers 2500 miles per week, this guarantees new hires $1250 per week MINIMUM, plus your guarantee rises with your pay, senior drivers are guaranteed $1350 per week minimum. With our top miles and full accessory pay your guarantee is just a minimum, drivers easily outearn it! Prior or our last pay increase our top earner made $85,267 at 50 CPM! Not only do we offer our company drivers a top mileage pay, we also guarantee** our company drivers 2500 paid miles per week. Essentially, at K&B Transportation if you do not run 2500 miles in a given week, we will pay you the difference. This gives you the comfort of a solid weekly paycheck, week in and week out regardless of miles. No other carrier offers this type of stability to their drivers week in week out.
